Mentoring is essential for some kinds of change:

–  Unlearning of unhelpful habits and  habit patterns.

–  Experiencing processes that cannot be taught in a linear way.

–  Grasping that there are two completely different kinds of learning: cognitive learning and emotional learning (see EQ in the workplace).

– Finding ways to inspiration. Role models who were or are creative geniuses such as Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Woeres Sándor etc. can be very helpful here.
